ELMS turns Amazon product links into eBay listings and helps you run them. A plan gives you a number of listings that can be live on eBay at once, new drafts every month and automatic price and stock checks.
The plans load here. If they do not appear, create your account to see them.
A term is a fixed period. The app shows the exact length of each plan before you pay. How refunds work.
Plans
How plans work
A plan sets how much you can run in ELMS at once. You see your usage in the app at any time.
A plan sets how many listings can be live on eBay at once. Drafts, ended listings and listings of a store you disconnected do not count.
Each month you can create as many new drafts as the plan says, and keep that many waiting in Drafts. Deleting a draft does not give one back before the next month starts.
Price and stock monitoring is included. Your listings are checked as often as the plan says, and it costs nothing extra.
Bigger plans add bulk tools, more product sources, AI help and research tools. Each card above shows what its plan includes.
A plan is paid for one month or one year. We e-mail you before it ends, and you renew when you want to.
If you need more than a plan gives, choose a bigger one. If you need something different, write to support@elmstool.com.
Credits
How credits work
Credits are used when an action completes. If an action fails, the credits come back automatically.
All your credits sit in one balance, and you can see it in the app at any time.
Credits pay for actions such as importing products from links, AI help and publishing.
Automatic features, such as stock and price monitoring, can use credits when they run. You control monitoring with a switch on each listing.
Credits are a balance you spend inside ELMS. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
If a returned credit is missing, write to support@elmstool.com and we restore it.
Included
What every plan includes
The tools in ELMS
The tools below are available on every plan. Each plan has its own name, price, credits and number of eBay stores you can connect.
The tools below are part of ELMS. Each plan card shows which of them it includes: bigger plans add bulk tools, more product sources, AI help and research tools. Each plan also has its own price, number of live listings and number of eBay stores you can connect.
Drafts with AI help
ELMS uses AI services to help write and improve titles, descriptions, item details and message drafts. You decide what is published or sent: you review drafts before they go live, bulk actions ask you to confirm first, and automatic replies stay off until you turn them on.
Import from a link, a list or a file
Paste an Amazon link or a list of links, or upload a CSV file.
Your pricing rule
Set your Margin (your pricing rule) once and ELMS applies it to your drafts. You can change any price before you publish.
Publish and schedule
Publish to eBay now or schedule a listing for later. A failed publish shows its reason, and you can retry it. A bell in the app tells you when a publish has finished or needs your attention.
Live listings and bulk edit
See your live listings, change many at once, relist items or end the ones you no longer want.
Stock and price monitoring
ELMS can watch the source products of your listings: when the source clearly says a product is out of stock, ELMS can end the listing for you, and when the source price changes it can update your eBay price to follow it. Both are switches you control per listing.
Orders and tracking
Follow orders by stage, mark them as ordered or shipped, and send a tracking number to eBay.
Buyer messages
Answer buyers from one inbox, with saved replies and private notes. Automatic buyer messages are optional and stay off until you switch them on.
Net Profit view
Compare what each order earned with what you paid for the product. Filter by date and export to a spreadsheet file.
eBay policy helpers
ELMS checks drafts for products that eBay prohibits outright and stops the ones it finds before they reach eBay. It also warns you about brand words (VeRO). These checks are aids, not clearance. You decide what to publish.
The app also has research tools: check keyword ranks, reviews, bestsellers and categories, grade a listing and test a price with the calculator.
Payment
How you pay
Payments are handled by our payment partner. ELMS never sees your card or wallet details.
You pay by card or with a digital wallet. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may be added at checkout where they apply. If you cannot pay either way, write to support@elmstool.com and we will help you renew your plan. After each plan purchase we send you an invoice by e-mail.

Policy
Refunds
In brief
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of a purchase. You do not need to give a reason. A refund is not possible if more than 5% of the credits that came with the purchase have been used.
In brief
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of buying a plan. You do not need to give a reason. A refund is not possible if 20 or more listings have been published with the plan.
Credits you use count: if more than 5% of the credits that came with a purchase have been used, it cannot be refunded. Automatic features such as stock and price monitoring use credits too, so they count. When a refund is approved, the plan and the credits that came with that purchase end.
The listings you publish with the plan count, also the ones you remove later. Drafts, and listings that failed to publish, do not count. When a refund is approved, the term you paid for ends. If it was the only term, the plan ends and ELMS is paused for your account; your listings on eBay, your drafts and your orders are not touched.
To ask, write to support@elmstool.com from your account's e-mail, or open a ticket in Support in the app, and say which purchase it is. We check that your request is within the 7 days and that no more than 5% of the credits have been used, and reply by e-mail.
To ask, write to support@elmstool.com from your account's e-mail, or open a ticket in Support in the app, and say which purchase it is. We check that your request is within the 7 days and that fewer than 20 listings have been published with the plan, and reply by e-mail.
The Refund Policy explains how the time limit is counted, what cannot be refunded and your legal rights.
A plan is paid for one term; the credits that come with a plan are valid until the term ends, and we e-mail you before it ends. Credits you had before a plan are not affected.
A plan is paid for one month or one year, and we e-mail you before it ends.
What ends
The credits that came with the plan. The number of eBay stores you can connect goes back to what it was before the plan.
What stays
Credits you had before the plan, and your listings, drafts and orders.
Buying again
If you buy a plan while one is running, the new plan’s credits are added at once, and the plan then runs for one more term after the current end date.
Renewals
If your payment method renews your plan, you can stop the renewal before the renewal date from your receipt or by writing to support@elmstool.com.
Extra days
After the end date everything keeps working for 7 more days, and we e-mail you when they start. If you buy a plan in those days, it starts fresh.
What ends
When the extra days are over, ELMS is paused for your account. Orders and messages are no longer fetched, nothing is published or sent, actions are refused with a Plan ended message, and price and stock watching stops. The number of eBay stores you can connect goes back to what it was before the plan.
What stays
Your listings stay live on eBay, and your drafts and your orders stay in ELMS. Nothing is deleted.
Buying again
If you buy the same plan while it runs, the new term starts when the current one ends. A bigger plan starts at once, and the days left on the smaller plan are added to it, counted by price. A smaller plan can be bought after your current plan ends. If you buy a plan after the extra days, everything starts again at once.
Renewals
If your payment method renews your plan, you can stop the renewal before the renewal date from your receipt or by writing to support@elmstool.com.
