Products of all users
How many products every user holds, how many of them are in stock and which Amazon site they come from. You can also send the drafts of one Amazon site to another user. The numbers are counted when you press the button (not on every visit).
Takes drafts of that site from every user's drafts (newest first, one per product) and gives them to the user below as new drafts. Nothing is fetched, no credit is used, nothing is published and the users keep their drafts. A product the user already has is skipped, and so is a draft made for another eBay site than that user's store.
Users
Who is online, who bought a plan, last sign-in IP. Click the three dots at the end of a row to edit credits and limits, add a private note or tags, open Security, add listings or see the whole picture.

One user's whole picture, found by email, name, phone number, IP address or store name: plan, payments, devices and sign-ins, settings, referrals, AI use, imports, tickets, stores, listings, orders and net profit - the same numbers their own Orders / Net Profit pages show.
AI title
Rewrites a product title for eBay search (80 characters).

Writes the eBay listing description from the product facts.

AI message replies
Reply drafts (and optional auto-send) for buyer messages. Each seller chooses their own mode on the Messages page.
AI category
On: the first step for every product is the AI, which chooses the eBay category from the category list you upload in the Categories tab; when the list has nothing that fits, eBay's own suggestion is used. Off: only eBay's own category suggestion (the Taxonomy call) is used: no AI, no credits, and the lists are not used. The same switch is at the top of the Categories tab. Credits per AI category is the price a seller pays each time the AI assigns a category to a product (when a draft is published without one, and "Fill category"); nothing when it finds none, and the suggestions shown while editing are always free: 0 = free, which is how it starts - set a number when you want to charge. (If you saved a price here or in Credit costs earlier, it stays until you change it.)
AI description beautifier
Restructures a seller's own description into their saved Description Template (image gallery, bullets, specs table, etc). Listing editor's "Beautify With AI" button and the Drafts bulk bar.
Brand-word removal
"Remove brand words" on Drafts and Live Listings takes the words of your own VeRO list out of the text. It changes text only (never pictures), and it does not give you the right to sell a branded item: you confirm that each time. The AI is the expensive part of a clean, so you choose how much of it does. Whatever you choose, every word of the seller's list is gone from the result: what the AI does not rewrite is cut out by rule.
The price is "Credits per AI title" (a clean is charged only when the AI is really asked something: with Title only, a listing whose words are only in the description or bullet points is cleaned free; with Nothing every clean is free). The cut-by-rule text can read a little abruptly (a word is removed, not rewritten around), which is why the title - the part buyers read first - is the one the AI rewrites. Save with "Save AI settings" below.
Models per feature
Each AI job can use its own model, so a cheap one does the simple jobs. Leave a box empty to use the default model (the Claude model below). If the model you choose fails, or its company has no key on the server, the default model answers instead. Claude names start with claude-, OpenAI's with gpt-; OpenAI needs OPENAI_API_KEY in Render → Environment.

The recommended mix: GPT-5 mini for the category pick and the item specifics, GPT-5 nano for the category check, VeRO clean and titles; buyer replies, support and descriptions stay on the default model (customers read those). It is a starting point: use "Test models" below to see how often each model finds the right category, then press "Save AI settings" at the bottom.
Test models
Asks each model the real category question (with your uploaded category list) for a sample of products, and counts how often it finds the expected category. It runs in the background and costs a few cents in all (counted in "AI spend"). The expected categories were chosen by the default model and checked, so "same category" is the thing to protect.
Model and style
Applies to both AI title and AI description for every user.
When today's estimated spend (UTC day, shown in "AI spend" below) reaches the limit, every AI feature - categories, item specifics, VeRO clean, replies, descriptions - pauses until tomorrow or until you raise the limit. Sellers whose action is stopped get their credits back.

How a category is chosen
Category lists
eBay's "Category IDs" CSV for each eBay site (columns CategoryID and Category Path). The AI chooses from the list of the seller's eBay site first; when it finds nothing there, eBay's own suggestion is used. Upload one file per country: ebay.com is the US list, ebay.co.uk the GB list, and so on.
Uploading again replaces that country's list at once. The AI uses it first for every product; it costs the seller the "AI category" credits set in the AI tab (0 = free; nothing is charged when the AI finds no category).
Fill missing draft categories
Finds the drafts that have no eBay category - of every user, or of one user - and gives them one. The AI chooses from the category list of the draft's own eBay site; when it finds nothing there, eBay's own suggestion is used, and only when it fits the product. A draft that already has a category, live listings and everything else are never touched, and no credits are taken from the users.
"Check drafts" only counts (nothing is asked of the AI or eBay and nothing is changed). "Fill" then works through them 40 at a time; keep this page open, press Stop whenever you like, and press it again later to carry on. When a daily AI spending limit is set in the AI tab, the run stops when it is used up.
eBay rules
What ELMS refuses to list because eBay does not allow it. A product whose title, description, bullet points, specifications or item specifics name one of these words is never sent to eBay: nothing is charged, and the seller sees the reason in Drafts. Books, films, music and games are exempt (they may be about the subject), except for counterfeit and pirated goods.

Done-for-you order
A customer paid for N listings. Their drafts are added to their Drafts and the customer publishes them. The customer needs an eBay store connected first.
Order
Each line is one product: its title, the words that must go, the pieces to rewrite (write: bullet points by i, description sentences by id), its category and a bit of its text. Answer with a new title for every product, every piece that is listed (plain text, no markup), and a categoryId when it shows categoryChoices. A product with a name that is not on the list yet: suggest it (then add it with the + button and read the batch again) or drop the product.
Protected brand & character names
Only brand and character names (Nike, Marvel, Disney ...). Taken out of every product of every order, on top of the customer's own VeRO words. Leave generic words out: they would cut good titles. A plural or another spelling is a separate word: list both (Barbie, Barbies). No order starts while this list is empty and the customer has no words of their own.

Plans by listings
Plans that give live listings, new drafts a month and included price / stock monitoring instead of credits. While the switch is off buyers see the credits plans below, exactly as before; people who already hold a plan by listings keep it, and still see and can renew these plans. You can look at the plans page as a buyer would with "?model=slots" (admins only) before you switch it on.
Credit plans
The plans shown on Buy credits (the price is for one month; a yearly price switches the yearly option on). A monthly or yearly plan runs one term from the payment (wallet and card alike); when it ends the credits that came with it end, and so does any eBay-account limit the plan raised. Credits the person held before the plan began, or got from a voucher, a referral reward or from you during the term, stay. Users pay through CashTap: when the payment is confirmed they get the credits and the eBay-account limit of the plan automatically. A card payment uses the same price: the server sets it for every plan, so a plan needs nothing but its name, price and credits.
The buyer chooses dollars a month, monthly or yearly, and extra eBay stores. Credits = dollars x credits per dollar. A year is 12 months minus the yearly discount. Extra stores are charged by the month on top.

Tiers shown on Buy Credits > Buy Listings. A buyer pays once and the drafts are added to their Drafts. Available on the wallet checkout only, like the custom plan.

Give a voucher
Only you can create vouchers, and each one belongs to one user. Pick who gets it, what it is for, and how long it is valid. The user is told by email and sees it under Vouchers.

Send a mail
One mail to any email address, from the sender you choose. It goes out in the ELMS look with a reply address. Only senders that are set up on the server are listed.

One mail to every user who has not unsubscribed. It is sent slowly in small batches so your mail provider's limits are never hit.

Limits
Set these below what your mail provider allows. They apply at once, no deploy needed.
Bulk import: keep the number within your plan limit.
Import repeat window: a product that was fetched before (by any seller, one link or a long list) is taken from ELMS's own copy for this many days instead of being asked from the Amazon data service again. The seller still pays the credit; the data-service call is saved. A longer window saves more, but the Amazon price on the new draft can be that many days old. The Product Catalog only reuses a copy that is at most one day old.
Amazon data calls
How often ELMS asked the paid Amazon data services, and how many calls it did not have to make. Counted per UTC day.
Social links
Choose where visitors can follow ELMS and paste the current link of each. A platform shows only when its switch is on and its link is saved. It appears on the home page, in the footer of every public page, in the app sidebar and on the Support page. Changes usually reach visitors within a few minutes.
Support tickets
Open a ticket to read it, reply and resolve.
Alerts
What went wrong for a user, or looks suspicious. The same problem seen again is one line with a count. Press Resolve once you have dealt with a line.
Appeals
Open an appeal to read it, then reinstate the account or answer by email. A permanently banned person cannot send an appeal.
Send a message
It pops up on the person's screen the moment they are online (or when they next open ELMS), once.
Blocked IPs
Open a user in Users → Security to see their sign-ins and block an IP. Regular accounts on a blocked IP stay allowed unless you suspend them.
Affiliate programme
Users apply, you approve. An approved affiliate earns a percentage of every payment of the people who sign up through their link. Commissions wait in a hold, then the affiliate asks for a payout in USDT or USDC and you send it within 24 to 48 hours.
Payout requests
Send the amount to the address below (check the network), then paste the transaction hash and mark it paid.
Affiliates and applications
Leave the commission empty to use the default.
Team
People who can use this panel, and what each of them can open. A person with full rights can do everything except change the owner. Nobody can change their own rights.
